For the foodies
Tuna and avocado tartar
A few avocados
Dice the tuna and half an avocado and mix it slowly but througly with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, half a teaspoon of wasabi and a bit of lime juice. Add some olive oil and sprinkle with toasted sesame.
For the adventurers

Tuna steaks cut in slices

Press the tuna with the sesame and fry it carefully in a hot pan with sesame oil for two minutes on each side.
For the salad, slice the cucumber very thinly and marinate it in olive oil and lime juice for half an hour. Serve the tuna tempered, with a side of salad and soy sauce.
For the classical

A handful of capers
Cook the vegetables with some crisp white whine, olive oil and a dash of lemon juice and cover until well done. Remove the vegetables and, in the same, pan, cook the tuna steaks until medium-rare to appreciate the flavours.
For the kids

Pulse all the ingredients together until the form a paste. To make the patties, first for small balls (they have to fit into your hands) and slightly flatten them. Let it chill on the fridge for a few hours to give them a stronger consistency and cook them in a hot pan or the grill.
